Plans We Accept
We currently accept TRICARE West plans. Give us a phone call to discover the level of coverage you can expect when you visit SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC.
For all other insurance networks, we are considered an out-of-network provider and accept cash, check (written to SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC), credit/debit card, or HSA/FSA card. A receipt will be given for all forms of payment. We do require payment at the time of service.
We always recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting services to learn how much your particular plan will reimburse. If you are paying directly for services, you will be provided with an itemized bill that includes all necessary information, including diagnostic and treatment codes, to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What is the Payment Policy?
All payment is due at the time of service. SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC accepts payment via cash, credit card, or HSA/FSA cards. A super bill can be provided, at your request, if you would like to seek out reimbursement from your insurance. We are happy to speak with you to help you understand what specific questions to ask your insurance provider. It is each family‘s responsibility to confirm eligibility for speech services with their insurance provider prior to starting therapy.

I have TRICARE Prime. What do I need from my PCM to get an appointment?
TRICARE Prime plan holders are required to get a referral from their PCM.
Schedule an appointment with your PCM and express your concerns regarding your child's speech, language, feeding, and/or development. Request a referral for speech therapy services.
It is important to request SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC by name and make sure your PCM puts SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC in your referral by name. Otherwise, your PCM may write a general speech therapy referral that may be sent to another practice.
I have TRICARE Select. What do I need from my PCM to get an appointment?
TRICARE Select plan holders are required to get physician's orders.
Schedule an appointment with your PCM and express your concerns regarding your child's speech, language, feeding, and/or development. Request a physician's order for speech therapy.
You may also request a referral for speech therapy services. It is important to request SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC by name and make sure your PCM puts SpeechBliss Therapy, LLC in your referral by name. Otherwise, your PCM may write a general speech therapy referral that may be sent to another practice.
